Like our brewery, our website has been a long time coming. We hope you'll find that they are both worth the wait.

Subgrade plumbing is complete.

Over the last few weeks, we've been hard at work starting the build out of the brewery space at 10921 Johnson Drive. Demolition is complete. Plumbing both below and above the surface is wrapping up. Framing is underway. We're making progress...finally!

Framing is going up.

Every day more and more equipment arrives. Just yesterday, we received the faucets that our beer will be served out of and the regulators that will go in our walk-in cooler. But we're still awaiting the arrival of our brew system. We expect that will show up by the end of this month.

Meanwhile, Courtney continues to brew a few times a week, perfecting and exploring new recipes for all of you! Brandi is trying to keep up with invoices. Aaron is exploring new soda combinations, and Dylan is cutting molars and drooling on just about everything he can get his hands on. We're getting closer!
