We focus on NEIPAs, novelty, barrel-aged and innovative sour beers. We’ve been known to add all kinds of interesting things to our beers, including whole pumpkin pies, entire boxes of red velvet cake mix, chocolate chip cookies and much more.
New brewhouse? Check.
We opened in 2019 with a 3 bbl manual brewhouse at our Shawnee location. While we still utilize that brew system for smaller batches, the majority of our beers come out of our new 10 bbl semi-automatic brewhouse in Atchison.
