Aaron's Craft Soda
As Courtney developed her love and passion for brewing beer, her son, Aaron, grew to love craft soda. He and Courtney began brewing soda at home, exploring different styles and ingredients. Aaron helped with brewing Aaron’s Craft Soda until graduating from high school in spring 2024, but the brand carries on. It’s produced in small batches at our brewery and is unique and full of flavor — just like our beer. And, best of all, every single one of our sodas is inspired by a kid.
We have a variety of rotating soda flavors available and almost always have Root Beer on tap.
Here are a few popular flavors:
BUTTERSCOTCH CREAM SODA
This magical soda has huge butterscotch and vanilla notes and was inspired by one of Harry Potter's butterbeer.
ROOT BEER
Over the years, we've brewed a ton of root beer! This one is Aaron's favorite recipe.
FRUIT PUNCH SODA
Aaron’s version of fruit punch is full of orange, lemon, lime, grape, strawberry and pineapple. This soda packs a punch!
LEMON LIME SODA
Brandi's favorite soda is Mountain Dew, and she drinks so much of it that Courtney frequently jokes that her blood is going to turn Mountain Dew green. This is Aaron's slightly sweet and slightly sour version.
