Black is Beautiful, established by Weathered Souls Brewing Co., is a worldwide beer collaboration supporting justice and equality for people of color.
Our version of this 10 percent imperial stout was brewed with lactose and cocoa nibs. Courtney brewed the beer with her friend and mentor Angelo Ruiz, head brewer at Yankee Tank Brewing, and Alex Sonnich, assistant brewer at YT.
We’re donating 100 percent of the proceeds from this beer to ACLU of Kansas. Pre-order for 4-packs will go live at 8 p.m. Friday at brewedbyagirl.com. The beer will go on tap and 4-packs will be available for pickup beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday.
