We'll need lots of chili tasters for our Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, Jan. 14! Come vote for your faves and try our four chili-inspired beers! Grab a flight, chili samples and a cinnamon roll from McLain’s Bakery!
Judging will be 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (If you're interested in competing, go to servaesbrewco.com/chili.) The suggested donation to taste chili is $5 and will go toward Foster Kids KC.
Beer releases:
Rise Up - Smoked Chili sweet stout with lactose, Mexican cocoa nibs, cinnamon sticks, vanilla and a blend of smoked chilis
Restless Soul - Cinnamon Roll imperial porter with brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and cinnamon rolls
Distant Light - Pineapple Orange Chipotle gose with pineapple, blood orange and chipotle peppers
Two Oceans - Fruited Buttercream Cinnamon Roll golden sour with pineapple, mango, dragon fruit and strawberry purée, cinnamon, vanilla and homemade buttercream frosting
