Coconut Day returns May 16 in Shawnee with Pranom Thai Pop-Up

SHAWNEE -- We went all in on coconut! 🥥 Join us Saturday, May 16, for Coconut Day with a lineup of four coconut-inspired beers that range from hazy and hoppy to creamy, roasty and bright. 🥥

We’re also excited to welcome Pranom Pop-Up to the brewery! 🍜 Chef Dream Kasestatad travels the country doing Thai street food pop-ups, but this will be his FIRST TIME cooking in Kansas City! 👀 He'll be serving noon to 5 p.m. (or sellout) alongside our coconut beer releases! Come hungry. 🍜 Come thirsty. 🍻
