SHAWNEE -- We'll need lots of chili tasters for our sixth annual Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, Jan. 10! Come vote for your faves and try our four chili-inspired beers! Chili judging will be 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The suggested donation to taste chili is $5 and will go toward Foster Kids KC!


If you're interested in competing, go to servaesbrewco.com/chili to sign up! It's FREE to enter, but registration is required. Come taste, vote, support a great cause and help crown this year’s chili champion!


2026 Chili Cook-Off Beer Releases:

  • Cornbread Pilz 6% Czech pilsner with cornbread

  • Restless Soul - Cinnamon Roll 8% imperial porter with brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and cream cheese

  • Aztec Alchemist - Smoked Sea Salt Piloncillo 12% imperial stout with flaked corn, lactose, ancho chili peppers, cinnamon sticks, wildflower honey, cocoa powder, vanilla, cocoa nibs, sea salt, smoked malt and piloncillo cane sugar

  • Dreams in Color - Mango Passion Fruit Habanero 4.5% Berliner weisse with mango, passion fruit and habanero peppers
