Music Bingo Partnership
We’re looking for local nonprofits to partner with to do music bingo fundraising events! Fill out this form if you're interested in partnering with us!
Music bingo events are on Wednesdays in Shawnee and Thursdays in Atchison. Start time is 7 p.m. for both locations. We occasionally host a special Sunday edition of music bingo to accommodate certain groups if our regular dates are fully booked.
How It Works

The suggested donation of $5 per bingo card goes directly to the partner organization! We typically do two playlists of similar genres. There are three winners per playlist, and we supply the prizes (you’re welcome to add your own as well, but it’s not required). Once we confirm a date, we’ll send you playlist options to choose from.

We ask for our partner organization’s help in promoting the event to your staff/volunteers/followers/patrons so we can get as many people as possible to support the cause! We typically create a Facebook event and add your page as a host, but if you'd prefer to create one and add us, that works, too. Many organizations create additional promo materials for social media, email marketing, fliers, etc. The fundraiser's success truly relies on the nonprofit's ability to spread the word to as many of your supporters as possible!

We ask that attendees try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time so they can get settled and begin on time. We don’t require an RSVP, but we do appreciate a general headcount estimate the week of the event so we can ensure we print enough bingo cards. Our taproom can hold 100 people.

We ask that at least one person from the organization be present the day of the event to represent your group, help pass out bingo cards if needed, etc. You’re welcome to share about your organization before the event begins, at the end or between rounds.

Some organizations choose to bring marketing materials or do additional raffle fundraising during their event, but it’s not required.

We collect the donations through our point-of-sale system and make the total donation amount electronically following the event. This works great since many people appreciate being able to add their donation to their tab. If you have the capability to collect your own donations and would prefer to do so, just let us know.

All ages are welcome! Keep in mind, some playlists/genres might contain explicit lyrics or content. In addition to beer, wine, cider and seltzer, we make our own craft soda for non-alcoholic drinkers.

We have snacks available. You're welcome to have food delivered or bring in your own. If you’d like a food truck present, you’re welcome to coordinate that. Just let us know those details so we can include it in our promo materials.
