Empty Canvas - Red Velvet | Cream Ale | 6% Our golden-colored cream ale uses rice instead of corn to create a light-bodied beer that is the perfect canvas for a variety of adjuncts. This version features red velvet cake mix, cocoa nibs, lactose and vanilla. Milkshake Secrets - Strawberry White Chocolate | Milkshake New England IPA | 6.5% This NEIPA is our Little Secrets recipe with rotating fruit and lactose added. This version features strawberry and white chocolate. Love Gone Bad - Raspberry Torte | Imperial Milk Stout | 8% Notes of coffee, milk chocolate and roasted malts give this imperial milk stout its rich chocolatey taste. Love Gone Bad is brewed with lactose, coffee, cocoa nibs and vanilla beans. This version features raspberry purée and extra vanilla. Champagne Breakfast - Rose Petals | Sour Ale | 7% Inspired by champagne, this sour ale is brewed with pilsner and flaked rice. We use yeast nutrient to drop the sugar content of the beer as low as possible, giving it a crisp, dry finish. It’s then conditioned on strawberry purée and carbonated slightly higher than our other beers. This version features edible rose petals for Valentine’s Day.
