Rent Space in Shawnee

Hold your upcoming event with us in downtown Shawnee. 

The Mosaic Room

The Mosaic Room is our expansion we completed in April 2023 to the west side of our space! It has 50 seats that vary in type, a bar and two garage doors that open to Johnson Drive. It currently also houses our Kids Zone.

 

There currently is no divider that separates it from our taproom. This allows some overflow into the taproom if your group is slightly bigger than 50 people. The Mosaic Room is perfect for birthdays, showers, small community events and business meetings.

  • Max occupancy: 60

  • Hours/days available to rent: available when not needed for taproom events (like trivia on Tuesdays and music bingo on Wednesdays unless the rental group is participating in the event)

  • Cost: $125/hour (plus tax) with a 2-hour minimum 

  • The full rental amount is due at the time of booking. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of the event date. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate you.

  • Cost of drinks and gratuity are in addition to rental fee.

  • Group size will determine if The Mosaic Room bar is staffed or if all drink orders will be done at the taproom bar.

Taproom Private Rental

The taproom offers a variety of types of chairs and tables for up to 100 people. The taproom has four Roku smart TVs available for your event.

 

If you're renting the entire taproom for a private event, you'll be required to sign a rental agreement and pay a $500 refundable damage deposit. The damage deposit will be returned if all rules within the rental agreement are followed. Unlike many event facilities, we do NOT have a bar minimum nor do we charge a bar setup fee. We want everyone to have a nice, stress-free time! This is something to consider when comparing rental rates -- knowing you don't have a hefty bar minimum to meet on top of the rental fee! Of course, we hope guests come thirsty! To take care of our bartenders and event staff, a 20% gratuity will automatically be applied to all private taproom event tabs -- whether individuals are paying for themselves or whether the host is covering the tab for guests.

 

To secure a private taproom event date, half of the rental amount is due at the time of booking. The other half plus the refundable damage deposit is due 60 days before the event date. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 45 days of the event date. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate you. Rates will vary depending on if your event is on a day we're typically closed or if we have to close down the taproom to the public for your event.

 

Regular business hours:

  • 4-10 p.m. Tuesday

  • 4-10 p.m. Wednesday 

  • 4-10 p.m. Thursday

  • 2-10 p.m. Friday

  • 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday

  • 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday

  • Additional hours will be added during select community events

Renting outside regular business hours:

  • Max occupancy: 100

  • Hours available to rent: before 11 a.m. Sunday; before 4 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday; before 2 p.m. Friday; before 11 a.m. Saturday; anytime Monday (unless we have special hours for a community event)

  • Cost: $150/hour (plus tax), with a 2-hour minimum

Renting during regular business hours:

  • Max occupancy: 100

  • Hours available to rent: To close down the taproom to the public for an event that is not an all-day rental, private rentals must be at the start or the end of our regular business hours. We won't open, close for a private event and then reopen. (Examples: If you're planning a Friday night event, you'd pay the rental fee from whatever time you want to start through our closing time of 10 p.m. If you're planning an early afternoon Saturday event, you'd pay the rental fee from our open time of 11 a.m. until the conclusion of your event.) Discounts are given for all-day rentals. In general, all-day renters will have access to the space for 12 hours on the day of the rental. Other arrangements can be made if additional time is needed.

  • We host standing events on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so those days will generally be unavailable.

  • Hourly cost Friday and Saturday: $250/hour (plus tax), with a 3-hour minimum 

  • Hourly cost Thursday and Sunday: $250/hour (plus tax), with a 2-hour minimum 

  • All-day cost Friday: $1,500 (plus tax)

  • All-day cost Saturday: $2,000 (plus tax)

  • All-day cost Sunday/Thursday: $800 (plus tax)

*Cost of drinks is in addition to the rental fee. A 20% gratuity will automatically be applied to all private taproom event tabs.
